Where do you ship?
We just expanded our shipping capabilities internationally! If you happen to reside in an area of the world we do not currently ship to, please let us know via the Contact Us form.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email. Please reach out to us if you don't receive one within your shipping confirmation.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just make sure to use the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Information section of your order.
Can I return/exchange my order?
In case of a damaged product or a separate error, we can send you a new correct item or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your order delivery. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us at hello@heartthrobhousecall.com.
Where can I find a size chart for clothing?

Father's Day Cards
How can I track my card(s)?
We're sending your cards out individually with a stamp; the old-fashioned way! This means for the cards only, tracking isn't available. It's in the hands of our US Postal System :) (we will notify you via email when we have handed your order off to USPS)
Can the cards be shipped outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we're only able to ship the cards within the United States. Every other item can be shipped internationally, though!
I ordered multiple cards... where's the rest of my order?
Each card will be mailed in it's own individual hand-addressed envelope. So don't fret, the rest of your order should be arriving very soon!
When will I get my card(s)?
We'll be mailing orders out beginning Monday, June 9th through USPS First-Class mail. This means your order should arive just in time for Book Daddy's Day as the expected delivery timeline is 1-5 business days!
Can you send my card as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Just make sure to use the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Information section of your order.
Is a refund or exchange possible?
Due to the customization put into the addressing and sending of each card, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. If you don't receive your order in a timely manner, reach out to us at hello@heartthrobhousecall.com so we can verify we've sent your card to the correct address.
