Nous venons d'étendre nos capacités d'expédition à l'international ! Si vous résidez dans une région du monde vers laquelle nous ne livrons pas actuellement, veuillez nous en informer via le formulaire Contactez-nous.
Comment puis-je suivre ma commande ?
Vous recevrez un numéro de suivi par e-mail. Veuillez nous contacter si vous n'en recevez pas dans votre confirmation d'expédition.
Puis-je envoyer ma commande en cadeau ?
Absolument ! Assurez-vous simplement d'indiquer le nom et l'adresse du destinataire dans la section Informations d'expédition de votre commande.
Puis-je retourner/échanger ma commande ?
En cas de produit endommagé ou d'erreur distincte, nous pouvons vous envoyer un nouvel article correct ou un remboursement si vous nous contactez dans les 14 jours suivant la livraison de votre commande. Si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec votre commande, veuillez nous contacter à l'adresse hello@heartthrobhousecall.com.

Father's Day Cards
How can I track my card(s)?
We're sending your cards out individually with a stamp; the old-fashioned way! This means for the cards only, tracking isn't available. It's in the hands of our US Postal System :) (we will notify you via email when we have handed your order off to USPS)
Can the cards be shipped outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we're only able to ship the cards within the United States. Every other item can be shipped internationally, though!
I ordered multiple cards... where's the rest of my order?
Each card will be mailed in it's own individual hand-addressed envelope. So don't fret, the rest of your order should be arriving very soon!
When will I get my card(s)?
We'll be mailing orders out beginning Monday, June 9th through USPS First-Class mail. This means your order should arive just in time for Book Daddy's Day as the expected delivery timeline is 1-5 business days!
Can you send my card as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Just make sure to use the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Information section of your order.
Is a refund or exchange possible?
Due to the customization put into the addressing and sending of each card, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. If you don't receive your order in a timely manner, reach out to us at hello@heartthrobhousecall.com so we can verify we've sent your card to the correct address.
