¿A donde hacen envíos?
¡Acabamos de ampliar nuestras capacidades de envío a nivel internacional! Si reside en una zona del mundo a la que actualmente no realizamos envíos, infórmenos a través del formulario de contacto.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
Recibirá un número de seguimiento por correo electrónico. Comuníquese con nosotros si no recibe uno en la confirmación del envío.
¿Puedo enviar mi pedido como regalo?
¡Por supuesto! Solo asegúrate de incluir el nombre y la dirección del destinatario en la sección Información de envío de tu pedido.
¿Puedo devolver/cambiar mi pedido?
En caso de que el producto esté dañado o haya un error, podemos enviarte un artículo nuevo o un reembolso si te comunicas con nosotros dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega de tu pedido. Si tienes problemas con tu pedido, comunícate con nosotros a hello@heartthrobhousecall.com.

Father's Day Cards
How can I track my card(s)?
We're sending your cards out individually with a stamp; the old-fashioned way! This means for the cards only, tracking isn't available. It's in the hands of our US Postal System :) (we will notify you via email when we have handed your order off to USPS)
Can the cards be shipped outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we're only able to ship the cards within the United States. Every other item can be shipped internationally, though!
I ordered multiple cards... where's the rest of my order?
Each card will be mailed in it's own individual hand-addressed envelope. So don't fret, the rest of your order should be arriving very soon!
When will I get my card(s)?
We'll be mailing orders out beginning Monday, June 9th through USPS First-Class mail. This means your order should arive just in time for Book Daddy's Day as the expected delivery timeline is 1-5 business days!
Can you send my card as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Just make sure to use the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Information section of your order.
Is a refund or exchange possible?
Due to the customization put into the addressing and sending of each card, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. If you don't receive your order in a timely manner, reach out to us at hello@heartthrobhousecall.com so we can verify we've sent your card to the correct address.
